Parent + Toddler Class
This is a free flowing open play session with parental supervision. This will help your budding little gymnast get used to our gym, our coaches and equipment ready for when they would like to join out pre-school sessions and start their gymnastics careers with our fully qualified British Gymnastics coaches.
Pre School classes
40 minutes of structured gymnastics for pre school children aged 3-5yrs.
Working in small groups with qualified coaches, the children develop basic motor skills, balance, co-ordination, confidence and spacial awareness whilst working on various pieces of apparatus.
The children also follow the British Gymnastics Pre School award scheme.
Recreational Classes
These classes are well structured and lots of fun using various pieces of apparatus including vault, trampet, bars, beam, tumbling on an air track and air floor to name a few.
We also work continuosly towards the British Gymnastics Proficiency awards.
Children are put into ability groups within each class.
Advanced Recreational Classes - Invitation Only
Our advanced recreational classes is the next step from the recreational classes where the gymnasts will be learning harder skills using a variety of equipment in order to aid their continuing development.
Where can your child develop to? - Invitation Only
From the advanced recreational classes your child can progress to our development squads aswell as have the oportunity to be involved in our competitive tumbling and acro disciplines, working at club, regional and national levels.
